Interactive eats Intel V.4?

What's all this I hear about Interactive buying the rights to Intel's
port of the AT&T V.4, so that they can bring out their own variant of it
in April, at which time the Intel one vanishes?
Anyone got more on this? Or is this (yawn) old news and I was just asleep
when it happened?
