F66 to F77 Translator Wanted

I'd like to find source to one or more PD tools to help in the
translation of (Honeywell) FORTRAN66 to ANSI FORTRAN77. Not having
ftp access, I must rely upon the kindness of strangers to either
email such sources or tell me from which archive server I can
request the programs.
