Thanks for the responses I have already recieved regarding sc for
sco unix. In response to Richard's suggestion, yes i have tried gcc,
cc, rcc, cc -x2.3, and gcc with Bison. I have also tried both
versions of the sco malloc functions since xmalloc and xfree are a
consistent source of trouble. I have made attempt at debugging sc
myself, but keep getting stumped since most of the segmentation
violations occur in calls to malloc, or fprintf and happen in a
function called "start"?. I do not know assembler and am lost at
this level. The problems are not especially repeatable, sometimes sc
will segment when trying to write the spreadsheet to a file, or on a
call to xmalloc or xfree, sometimes xfree will check the magic
number find a discrepency and exit. If I could isolate it I would,
but I suspect that I am doing something incredibly *STUPID* when I
build/use sc since I have not heard of anybody else having these
problems.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
