ISC 2.2-PC interface et al

 Hello out there,
      My setup is:
		 ISC 2.2
		 Compaq 386/33,Adaptec 1542A,3 660 MB SCSI DISKS(I forget
		 which brand),exabyte 8mm tape drive,Orchid prodesigner w/512,
		 WD8003.
I have a few questions and any help would be apreciated:

    1)
I am attempting to set up PC-interface on some of my PC's so that it can
use some of my unix machines vast amount of disk space. I've installed
the DOS Bridge module under MS-DOS 4.01 and Compaq DOS 3.31. Under 4.01
if I install the bridge onto my hard drive, the system hangs after the
    pciinit -i<ipaddress> -x13 -e, command. If I install onto a bootable
floppy the system boots and when I go into login I can see the server
machine listed but I keep getting login incorrect. Under the Compaq
DOS in login I get "Selected host not available". Is there anyone
out there who has gotten this to work? All of this is over ethernet
lines. I think there is probably something that I'm not doing on
    the server machine but what.
    2)
I'm attempting the set up system activity reporting, with the
    following commands:
    su sys -c "/usr/lib/sa/sadc /usr/adm/sa/sa'date +%d'" in /etc/init.d/perf
    and
    5 18 * * 1-5 /usr/lib/sa/sa2 -s 8:00 -e 18:01 -i 1200 -A in crontabs/sys

these commands I expect to create a daily file in /usr/adm/sa which I
could then read with sar -A -f fn. ALL that I get in the /usr/adm/sa
    file is headings or nothing.

    3) Is there anyone out there using Informix on a ISC or other PC
UNIX platform? I'm having a few problems and would like to
correspond with you. From the help that we've been able to get
from informix there aren't many folks with Informix on these
     machines.
