Patch under ISC 2.02

I am having trouble getting the Patch program to compile under ISC 2.02.

The interactive setup script must be where I am going wrong.  There are a few
questions that I don't know the answers to and I ended up choosing the default.

Can anybody give me the correct responses?  Thanks in advance.
