How do I specify the number of inodes in Unix 5.4

The subject already says it. I want to specify the number of inodes
when creating a filesystem (ufs) on Unix V/386 4.0.2.

The /usr/ucb/df -i command shows the current number of available
inodes, which I would like to set to a higher number.

Filesystem iused ifree %iused Mounted on
/dev/dsk/c0t1d0s2 3794 12590 23% /var/spool/news
/dev/dsk/c0t1d0s3 13085 3299 80% /var/spool/news/comp
/dev/dsk/c0t1d0s4 14198 4234 77% /home2

regards Christian
