2 tape drives on a 1542b

I have had an interesting problem thrown in my lap.  I need to hook both a
2060 and 2150 Archive to a 1542b and make them both usable under ISC 2.2.1.

If anyone has done this or has any ideas how it might be done please drop a
note.  I will summarize after I get it working (or not).
