TeX fonts for X previewing

The UWS V1.1 comes with a TeX previewer xdvi, but none of the required
pixel font bitmaps in the library as far as I can tell.  Does anyone
know where the pixel fonts can be obtained, or have a program for
generating from the TeX font metrics?
