Need info. on installing Trailblazer on Ultrix

I have a Trailblazer that I've been using for about 6 months now.  It
works fine as an outgoing modem, but when I set shared mode it works
for a call or two and then locks up.

Tip says "all ports busy" and uucico won't dial out on the modem, but
there are no LCK files in /usr/spool/uucppublic.  I had the same problem
with Hayes 2400's when I had the DTR option set to reset the modem after
DTR drops.  I think the problem is that the modem takes too long to reset.

Does anyone have any hints on how to set the modem so that it works in
shared mode?
