1. There is a separate source distribution for the PMAX, though I don't
	know if it's available yet.

2. It's not all in one place because they came out at different times,
	and some parts are not quite identical (and, no, I don't have
	the list of what isn't, but most of the changes are tiny).

I suspect (though I don't speak for Digital) that this will not be the
case at some time in the future.
