How to set decwindows icon-box geometry?

How do I customize the icon-box placement and size in decwindows
(UWS 2.2, dxsession, dxwm).  Can I set the relevant resources
in .Xdefaults, and if so, how?

(I will soon be solving all my decwindows problems by converting
to the mit distribution.)
