	I'd guess that most of it is tied up in dxterm and the
	X server.  One of the many options to ps(1) will tell
	you how much memory different programs are using.

	Unless you need a feature of dxterm, xterm is smaller.
	Look for it on the U*XUNMIT400 subset.
