More 4.1 bugs (was mop_dumpload)

4.1 still features the rlogin bug!  (No rlogin to Sun 4)
4.1 still feature X11R3 DecWindows!  Come on guys.
4.1 broke mush 7.2.0  (sendmail dies on umaligned access)
