XView under Ultrix 3.1D/4.0

	Has anyone gotten XView 2.0 working under Ultrix?  I'm trying to
compile it on a DECstation 2100 running Ultrix 4.0.  If anyone has a Ultrix
3.1D versionn, I could probably get it to run under 4.0.
