xfig2.8 under Ultrix 3.1D

I found the same problem and solved it (I believe). It is due to an
incorrect definition of cirrad_ic, cirdia_ic, ... in change.c at line
82. They are declared as PIXRECT, while they should be declared as XImage.
The patch that I applied is:
