LAT in/out speeds

I have setup our site with two modems one running at 1200bps and another
running at 2400bps.  I have configured our DS200 to run at the maximum
bps both in and out on the two ports.

However, does anyone know how to make the DS200 autobaud both in and out.
I would like to run the 2400bps modem at 1200bps and 2400bps depending on
how fast the in coming call is running at.  But, when I make the in rate
autobaud, the out rate is stuck at 2400bps, which prevents anyone from
make outgoing calls.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
