Why has Digital $ in their headerfiles in ultrix?

   Quoting from the GCC manual:

   `DOLLARS_IN_IDENTIFIERS'
	Define this to be nonzero if the character `$' should be allowed
	by default in identifier names.

Shouldn't that be `DOLLARS$IN$IDENTIFIERS'?
