MicroVAX II hardware info needed for TCP/IP

I'm trying to hook our MicroVAX II (Q-Bus) into our Unix TCP/IP
network that is running over Ethernet. I plan on using CMU/Tektronix's
TCP/IP package running on VMS 5.3-1.
My question is: what hardware do I need to make this work? I know
there are DEQNA and DELQA ethernet boards out there. Which board
should I use? Does it make a difference? Should I use thick-wire
or thin-wire? Our Unix systems are connected using thin-wire.

I plan on purchasing used hardware, so if you have boards that you
are interested in selling, let me know.

Thanks.
