NFS problem on a DECStation 3100 under Ultrix 4.1

A couple of months ago I posted a message asking if anyone has come across
a problem with NFS on a DECStation 3100.  Access to the disk on a DECSystem
5400 is extremely slow through NFS.  Someone suggested that I use the
rsize=2048 option in fstab.  I tried this and it did not fix the problem.
We decided to wait until we upgraded the DECSystem to 4.1 as well.  This
did not solve the problem.  I am going to call DEC, but if anyone else
has any suggestions, please we can use all the help we can get.  Thanks.
