A Robust SLIP for a DECstation

I was wondering if there is a good SLIP implementation for a DECstation  
available.  I've had troubles with unsupported version DEC supplies and was  
hoping for a more robust implementation.

Any pointers would most appreciated.  Please reply via mail because I don't  
read this group regularly.
