I have seen this problem happen at here between our VAX6310 and DECstation's
all running Ultrix 4.x. Some times users will not be able to create any
files via NFS (0 length files only). If I do a quotacheck on the remote
system everything then works fine. Anyone know if this is a known bug
with a patch?
