We need to print up copies of the 4.1BSD docs, volume 1.  This is not
cost-effective until the volume gets reasonably large, so I am asking
if others have already done this and are stocking them, for example at
a University bookstore, and would be willing to sell some.  If not,
would anyone be interested in sharing a print job?  (One doesn't want
to print up tons of 4.1 only to have berkeley release 5...)
We also have had more v7 docs printed than we'll sell in awhile, if
anyone is interested in buying some.

In the interests of reducing redundant mail on the list, please reply
