Does Ultrix include the 4.2BSD COMPAT option?

Could someone tell us if DEC's Ultrix-32 (tm) Version 1.0 includes the
COMPAT option that 4.2BSD has.  The Ultrix config document doesn't
mention COMPAT.  (COMPAT let's 4.1BSD binaries run under 4.2.)  Will
our 4.1 binaries - mostly 3rd party software - run under Ultrix?
