panic: vgetu

Yesterday I installed a new kernel on my (4.2BSD) 750 to accommodate our
brand new (mba0) System Industries Fujitsu Eagle.  The machine crashed with
"panic: vgetu" seven times between 8pm and 7am.  vgetu seems to be called
when processes fork and is defined in /usr/sys/sys/vm_pt.c

Any ideas or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
