Csh confusion: #define HZ 100?

You who have done this, and those who are good guessers:  suppose
I just reached into my kernel source and #define HZ N, for
some random N.  Would anything break or give bad results (other
than profil, which does anyway, which started the whole discussion...)?

It seems to me that N=20 (50ms resolution) is plenty for our Vax 780
and will save a little overhead.
