magtape package for ANSI standard labelled tapes

I've just posted to net.sources a magtape package that will read and write
ANSI standard labelled tapes, copy tapes in exact form, even with one tape
units only, read Cyber NOS system format tapes (SI) and do a few other odd and
even things.
