Correct me if I am wrong, folks.  But there is no USERFILE in SVR2 UUCP.
I beleive we are ruuning HoneyDanber on our SVR2 3B2/400, and there is
a Permissions file instead of USERFILE.  The Permissions file provides
much more flexiblity than earlier verions UUCP's USERFILE.
