Will 'nmake' be part of V.4?

Does anyone know if the AT&T System V, Release 4.0 UNIX will include the 
'nmake' program which is currently available from the AT&T Toolchest? 

If nmake is going to be part of the V.4 product, will the source makefiles
take advantage of nmake's new features over the old make?

And... if nmake is not part of V.4 and the source hasn't been modified to
use nmake, why?
