IBM 4381 to UNIX experience?

The 4381 is a CPU, not an O/S.  What O/S are you running?  MVS? MVS/XA?
MVS/ESA?  VM/CMS?  AIX? (IBM's UN*X)  UTS? (Amdahl's UN*X)?  CP/M? :-]
