HELP!!!!

My Vax-11/750 4.3BSD is on both Earn/Bitnet and UUCP networks. Things
work fine on UUCP but I have a lot of trouble with Bitnet.
The software linking the vax to Bitnet is UREP 3.3
As a Bitnet site, we receive from the network but we cannot send
mail to it.
It seems DOMAINS file does not work properly.

Who could help me!!!
