Help need with Xenix286 news reader

A site feeding from mine is running Xenix286 and news11.  We are
having a problem setting up some newsgroups in that he doesn't know
where to look to edit a file to include my site in his distribution
and also doesn't know how to configure a new newsgroup.

Can someone help us out?
