Tandy Xenix 3.2 development system needed

cu is in the core package, but most of the uucp stuff in the Development
set only, part of the Communication tools module.     Always thought that
was pretty weird, but with only an 8 meg disk (on the first ones) then a 12
, then a 15 it was a bit tight for space.
