tape backups, info needed

I need suggestions for a tape backup to run on a AT-286
with SCO Xenix, version 2.3.  Your personal experience would be
helpful.  Also if xenix drivers are available from the vendor or if
SCO might supply the driver.  The unit should be external and can
either fit the existing MFM floppy port or a seperate board to operate
the drive.
