Problem to create Tape driver controller Archive VP 150e

Hello,
We have a Compaq 386/25 with an SCSI-Controller for an Archive VP 150e
Tapedriver. Our machine is running on Unix Open Desktop system V.3.2.
When we want to install the tapedriver we have to give the ID Number
of the controller, The Host Adapter and the LUN of this device.
We tried a few things but when we wanted to read something of the tape
the machine couldn't open the tape.
Does anyone know what to give in here.

Can anyone help me with this problem ?
