I don't know how to dump a multiscreen, but if you use a windowing
system, like MultiView or X (I use both), you can use cut&paste
features to dump a window.

PS: I just remembered something.  Isn't there a control sequence that
returns multiscreen contents to a calling process?  Check the
screen(HW) online manual entry.
