Xenix to DOS networking?

There are some stanardproducts:
PC-NFS from SUN
FTP/TCP with interdrive
PC-INTERFACE from locus

or, if you only need a terminal emulation from dos to UNIX

ICE.TCP from JamesRiverGroup
