19.2kb on SCO XENIX 2.1.3 for the AT

I note that "stty exta" is equivalent to "stty 0", but I'm wondering
whether the kernel will support 19.2kb transfers over tty11 and tty12
(COM1 and COM2) with a direct call to ioctl() with CBAUD set to 016.
