Hello Netlanders,

I just got myself a XENIX 286 version 2.2.3. The installation worked
without a flaw, but the result has a defect:
The /etc/rc file looks in /etc/rc.d for files and executes each file.
However, after installation, there appeared to be no /etc/rc.d directory,
and of course, no files there. As a result, the system does not get
properly initialized during startup.
Symptoms are simple: no update running, /u not mounted, no cron, the console
login has pid=5..

I looked on the distribution floppies, but couldn't find the files
there either. Since V2.2.3 is not entirely new, I expect it to be
my fault, but still can't find what I goofed...
