two monitors; video card stunts

One can have a CGA and a mono (non-graphics) card in the same
computer. No problem.

But what if you wanna keep your old Hercules Plus card, and
yet buy a new VGA as well? According to Hercules, this is
no problem. They have programs to disable the VGA when and
if you want to use the mono card.

But will any of this work under Xenix? There is a lot of nice
multilingual software that requires the Herc Plus, and since
no one supports the Herc Plus except Hercules, I am going to
need to keep the card. Do I need a separate machine to run it
on?
