OMF <-> COFF

Hi there!,
I don't know much about xenix, but it seems that there is a utility called
something like 'cvtcoff' (???) that converts object files from COFF to OMF...
What I want to do is the following: let some UNIX compiler generate .o files,
filter them through 'cvtcoff' and produce OMF files that can be linked using
some DOS linker (you see, I want to produce 386 protected mode code, but I
don't have such a compiler (not enough $$$'s! :-( ). I want to use gcc, then
the utility, then tlink/3.) Can that be done ? If yes, where I can find
cvtcoff (or what-is-its-name )?
Thanks in advance...
Nass
