wanted: TWX/Telex s/w for Unix

I'm looking for some s/w which will allow us to replace our
TWX (Telex) h/w in favor of a modem link into and out of our
Unix systems.  Features needed include message transmission
message reception via something like uucp or equivalent.
Does Western Union (I know you're listening) have anything
like a uucp ability for TWX/Telex?
