head shell scripts are silly

Naw, that's an awful idea.  If we merged 'head' and 'tail' with 'cat'
we'd have to change the name to 'dog' (I mean, only dogs chase their
tails).

And that would be terrible.  We'd lose the mnemonic value of 'cat'.
