UN*X Versions

I am writing a thesis and would like to know how many versions of Un*x
or Un*x-like (even self-proclaim) there are.  All versions are welcome,
including old, old one (the one ran on the PDP8) and new ones, even
those to be released.  Please include the following information if
available:

	Official name: (4.2BSD, System V, Ultrix,...)
	Vendor name: (UC-Berkely, ATT,...)
	CPU types: (VAX, M68000, IBM/PC,...)
	Released date: (or expecting date)
	Remark: (whatever you see fit)
