Which versions of Unix have the C shell

Legitimately?  I'm not quite sure what you mean by that.  You can put
the csh on almost any version 7 derivative system.  Of course you don't
get all the job control features unless the operating system supports
it.  We have csh on our quasi v-6 system and Berkeley gives you one with
2 BSD as well.
