I know that you do NOT need any license to purchase user documentation for
System V. By "user" documentation, I mean such manuals as the User's Ref
and Programmer's References.  I know for such beasts as "Feature Card Internals"
or some such you do need a source code license, but the majority of the
manuals not restricted.  As for the 4.2 docs, I remember USENIX selling them
to people at the last UniForum in Anaheim.
