tcp/ip for Xenix query

Does anyone know of existing and available implementations of
TCP/IP for IBM PC/ATs running Xenix?  Information relating to
both software and Ethernet hardware would be appreciated.  The
goal is to be able to exchange files with our Vaxen running 4.3
BSD TCP/IP.  Higher level capabilites would be nice (remote logins,
shared file systems, etc.) but not necessary.
