Any decent Fortrans under Unix ? Which machine ?

No need to do that.  They co-exist (that's part of the point).  And,
in fact, you probably want to submit to a VM batch subsystem (where
you can get EISPAK and all the other things you mentioned) and only
do the editing on UTS.  Oh, that AMDAHL would only see the light and
make a single-user UTS system, so they could peacefully co-exist
with VM...if you load up your UTS system too heavily, you will have
problems.
