Bugs in news?

Greetings and Salutations.

I seem to be having a problem with readnews.
Relay-version: version B 2.10.1 6/24/83; site ucf-cs.UUCP
Posting-version(s): version B 2.10.1 6/24/83; site lzmi.UUCP
                                            ; site decwrl.UUCP

I get the header (when I save the file to disk) but the message
does not appear (this is ,appearently only on the last message recieved
in that group, ie net.singles). Also, there seems to be a jump every once
in a while between messages (ie, message 1945 of 1992, and the next one is
message 1949 of 1992).

Would this problem be with:
    A)My site
    B)The way I save it (I use the 's' command, and append it to 'Articles)
    C)A bug in the system somewhere
    D)Failure in transmission

     Any help would be appreciated.
