Need 5620 and 630 termcap

don't waste your time trying to write them --
in your .profile, do something like this:

export TERMINFO TERMCAP
TERMINFO=/usr/lib/terminfo	(or whereever)
TERMCAP=`infocmp -C`

works like a charm for me...
