Varargs.h on prime

Does anyone have a working varargs.h for the prime C compiler?
If not, and if I can find documentation on it, I may eventually write one.
(No pressing need, just curiosity more than anything else.)
[The prime C documentation not only assumes you have K&R, but also assumes
you have the manuals that cover "extensions that do not as yet exist in
all official versions of Unix".]
